Planning, at the level your event needs.
Eventish can help plan, coordinate, manage suppliers and deliver business events and meetings. You decide how much we take on, from a single workstream to the full event.
We work within the event you are already planning or trying to build. We prefer to work alongside the people already involved, and we do not seek to replace what already works.
You should not have to choose between handing over your whole event and doing it all yourself.
Most planning support is sold as all or nothing. Eventish works differently. We can take on as much or as little as your event needs, and the level is set by the mandate you agree to. Bring us in for one part of the work, a defined workstream, or the complete event, and change nothing else about how your team already works.
Fractional planning is a full engagement in its own right, not a smaller version of full-service planning.
How involved we get is your decision.
Depending on what your event needs, Eventish can work at four levels. You can start at one and move to another as the work develops.
We provide strategy and specialist guidance while you keep operational control. Useful for opportunity mapping, commercial framing, proposal support, and supplier or stakeholder planning.
We work inside your existing team and handle defined functions without taking overall control. Useful for proposal preparation, supplier sourcing, budgets, research, program support and coordination.
We take responsibility for a defined workstream, supplier group or part of your event, and see it through. Useful for managing suppliers, an event component, offsite activities or a sponsor activation.
We take direct responsibility for planning, coordination and delivery of the agreed mandate, from a fractional planning role to the complete event.
One team, across the parts of an event that usually get handled separately.
Early planning and scoping, project management, program development, budgets, onsite coordination and delivery.
Supplier sourcing and coordination, EventReady Experience integration, third-party supplier management, and local experience and destination integration.
Sponsor and exhibitor integration, offsite and optional activities, and event technology support.
We can enter at different stages and take on different levels of responsibility. The mandate defines where we begin and where we hand back.
We work with the people already around your event, not around them.
If you already have a planner, an agency or an internal team, we work with them. Eventish involvement in one part of an event does not give us authority over another planner, your suppliers, or the rest of the event. That authority exists only where the mandate sets it. We prefer collaborative environments, and we do not seek to displace an existing planner, agency, host team, supplier or delivery partner.
For planners and agencies, Eventish can be capacity you call on: structured components, specialist workstreams, supplier coordination, or research and documentation, working within your mandate. See how we work with planners and agencies.
Proven experiences you can plug into the program you already have.
Planning is where our EventReady methodology does its most practical work. EventReady Experiences are self-contained, built from the ground up with local suppliers, and designed to make evaluation, contracting and delivery easier for everyone involved. When we plan or manage an event, we can bring proven EventReady Experiences, and the suppliers behind them, into your program.

Sometimes the right answer is for Eventish to lead.
That usually happens when there is no incumbent planner, when a host selects us directly, when we structured or originated the opportunity and are asked to continue, or when a multi-partner initiative needs central coordination. When we lead, we are accountable for the full event lifecycle, and that responsibility is set out clearly in the mandate.
Our planning work is governed and supplier-fair, built on the Eventish system. Learn how our governance works.
If you own or lead an event, start here.
Planning support is for the organizations that own, commission, fund or carry responsibility for an event, and for the teams and suppliers around them. To see how Eventish helps from opportunity through delivery, visit Event Hosts and Partners.
